Fl1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms governing the use of the fl1 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the fl1 platform via the website fl1.app or related mobile app, you fully agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legal and binding agreement between you as an individual user and fl1 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any updates to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users under 18 years old are not allowed to use fl1 in any capacity.
These terms apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, fund deposits, placing bets, participating in Live Casino games, slots, sports betting, and all financial transactions conducted through fl1.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Personal Information
Each user is allowed only one active account on the fl1 platform. Registration requires you to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information including full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active phone number. fl1 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as an ID card for account verification purposes.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. fl1 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity under your account is your responsibility unless you promptly report account compromise to fl1 support. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Prohibited Uses
Users are prohibited from using the fl1 platform for any illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, or providing false information during registration. Use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorized methods to exploit the platform system is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the fl1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). fl1 accepts deposits via recognised local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (Online Interbank GIRO), and direct bank transfers to licensed banking institutions in Malaysia.
Deposits are usually credited to your account within minutes after payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider. fl1 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, except in exceptional cases requiring further review. Users who have not completed identity verification will not be permitted withdrawals. fl1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals subject to investigations for fraud prevention or anti-money laundering in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws and compliance requirements.
All confirmed bets and game entries are final. No refunds will be issued for settled bets or games except in cases of technical errors confirmed by fl1.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Actions
Fl1 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if any part of these terms is violated, fraud is suspected, attempts are made to exploit system vulnerabilities, or at the request of law enforcement. In case of suspension, valid fund balances will be returned after investigations are completed.
Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the fl1 support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect fl1’s right to retain transaction records required for legal compliance for the prescribed period.
Limit of Liability
Fl1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits from betting or gaming outcomes, service interruptions due to technical or infrastructure issues, or inability to access the platform for any period. The fl1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, logos, graphics, software code, trademarks, and other materials on the fl1 platform are the exclusive property of fl1 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from fl1.
Third-Party Links
The fl1 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers and game suppliers. fl1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at users' own risk and subject to the relevant third-party terms.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws
Fl1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time with or without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved through appropriate channels in Malaysia. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
